By accessing or using The Lawn Tool websites, applications, or services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.

Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans, trials, and billing are processed through Stripe. Fees, renewal terms, and applicable taxes are disclosed at checkout. You authorize us and our payment partners to charge your selected payment method.

Messaging terms (SMS)

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring service-related text messages from The Lawn Tool and the businesses you engage through it (for example account and security alerts, quotes, and appointment, job, and status updates). Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time and HELP for help. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their marketing. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the platform, interfere with other users, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service in violation of applicable law.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Lawn measurements, estimates, and third-party provider listings are informational and may not be exact.
