The Lawn Tool ("we", "us") provides lawn-care software for homeowners, businesses, and homeowners associations. This placeholder policy describes how we may collect and use personal information when you visit our websites, create an account, or use our services.

We may collect contact details (name, email, phone), property and address information, account credentials, payment-related data processed by Stripe, usage data, and communications you send through the platform.

How we use information

We use information to provide and improve the service, process transactions, communicate with you, comply with legal obligations, and protect the security of our users and systems.

Sharing

We may share information with service providers (such as payment processors, email delivery, SMS delivery, and hosting partners) who process it on our behalf to operate the platform, and when required by law.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not share your mobile phone number or text-messaging (SMS) opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

SMS / text messaging

Text notifications from The Lawn Tool are optional and off by default. Creating an account, requesting or sending a quote, and completing any transaction all work without SMS — opting in is never required. To receive texts, a signed-in user turns on the "Text notifications" setting in their account (Settings → Notifications) and verifies their mobile number with a one-time code. We then send account and service notifications — for example new-lead, quote, and status updates, appointment and service reminders, account and billing updates, and replies to support requests. Consenting to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Turn text notifications off any time in the same setting, reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your choices
